Guidelines & Examples
Custom engraved products require good, clean artwork to achieve high quality engraving.
You can send your artwork to Hoosier Laser, Inc. in two different methods:

The quickest and best method is to e-mail your artwork to the following address: sales@hoosierlaser.com. Please send us your logo or artwork in one of the following formats (300DPI):
- Adobe Illustrator (.AI)
- CorelDraw (.CDR)
- Adobe Photo Shop (.PSD, .EPS)
- Other file formats: .BMP, .TFF, .PDF, or .JPG

The other method is to send “CAMERA READY ART” in black and white format on clean white paper with crisp, clear lines. Faxes or images taken off web sites are not acceptable forms of camera ready art!
Photographs
All photographs (color or black and white) to be used in reproduction must be approved by Hoosier Laser, Inc.
Photographs taken by digital cameras need to be taken at a “HIGH RESOLUTION”.
Artwork Charges
Additional charges for artwork or photographs not camera ready depends on the quality of the artwork or photograph. Contact Hoosier Laser, Inc. to review your artwork needs and to receive a quotation.
Logo or artwork cleanup from a poor original is $25.00 each (normally not required, you will be contacted prior to start of production).
Copyright & Trademarks
Hoosier Laser, Inc. does not accept any responsibility for copyright violations
that may arise from your submission of copyrighted materials such as logos, photographs, artist, or images. It is your responsibility to receive the required authorizations for the use of materials such as logos, photographs, artist, images, etc. protected by copyrights prior to engraving.
