A unique fixture rail system that incorporates an equally-spaced, cone-shaped pin design along the entire rail. This minimizes contact with the material and eliminates tick marks. The cone-shaped pin design virtually defuses the laser beam to eliminate flashbacks.

The uniform spacing of aluminum cone-shaped pins allows for flexibility of rotating Acrylic Risers, Acrylic V-Blocks, and custom fixtures, etc. These items are aligned vertically or horizontally to maximize engraving speed, and have increased production rates that are nearly 4 times greater when compared to workflows without the RACK STAR™ System. In addition, RACK STAR™ reduces setup time and eliminates costly manufacturing errors.
